Our first mid-FEC deadline of 2020 is an important test of our momentum and will determine if we can sustain it through Election Day. If you’ve been waiting for the right time to give, this is it. Just give me a moment to explain why:
Now that we’ve made it to 2020, every action you take will affect whether we take back the Senate or leave Washington in the hands of people like my opponent, GOP Senator Thom Tillis.
Time and again, Tillis has proven he’s too weak to be a leader for the people of North Carolina, which is why he’s vulnerable in this race. His approval ratings are in the low 30s, we’re keeping pace with his corporate-interest-backed fundraising, and the polls show our campaign ahead.
But we know the Washington GOP establishment won’t let him lose that easily. Mitch McConnell and his rolodex of wealthy mega-donors are going to spend outrageous sums of money to tear us down.
I’m refusing to accept a single donation from corporate PACs, so we don’t have the sort of advantages our opponent does (and trust me, I don’t want them). We’re doing things the right way, which is why I need your help.
