DWC Releases Guidance for Adopted Amendments and Forms for DD, MMI, and IR Rules

In April, DWC adopted amendments to the Texas Administrative Code that affect designated doctors and doctors with MMI and IR certifications. We have implementation dates for the rules and updates to several forms.
