John,

President Biden and Congress just voted to give the 300-mile Mountain Valley Pipeline (MVP) a blank check to build across Virginia and West Virginia with little regard for property, health, or the environment.

In a treacherous maneuver, Senator Manchin snuck language into an unrelated budget bill that mandates that federal agencies give the Mountain Valley Pipeline all of its necessary permits in twenty-one days and prohibits any legal challenges of those approvals.

Join us in Washington, DC, on Thursday, June 8, to rally at the White House and protest this outrageous decision.

For almost 10 years, the communities in Appalachia have been successfully fighting to stop this enormous fracked gas pipeline. But President Biden, Senator Manchin, and others in Congress in the pocket of the oil and gas industry are rushing to get the pipeline built.

Stand with frontline communities on June 8 to tell President Biden that Appalachia is not a sacrifice zone!
