Making Progress: CCUSA Releases Year Three Report on Healthy Housing
Initiative

The CCUSA Healthy Housing Initiative (HHI) is five-year pilot
(January 2020 to December 2024) with a target of housing 698 people
by January 1, 2025. The five Catholic Charities agencies in the
Healthy Housing Initiative and their Catholic healthcare
partners work to connect individuals and families to housing,
social services, primary medical care and behavioral health
services, allowing chronically homeless individuals to
receive the support necessary to live with dignity and respect.

Read the report for an update on HHI and to learn how agencies
in the five pilot cities have developed best practices over the past
three years that serve to propel client success and wellbeing.
