Hey Y'all!

We're having our monthly general meeting Thursday June 8 from 7-9pm at the Gulf Coast ALF (2506 Sutherland St). This is where the membership comes together to be in community, discuss the activities going on within our own chapter and the national DSA, and conduct chapter business like elections, votes, or resolutions.

This meeting will be a great opportunity to get involved with our 2023 plans! We'll hear reports from our Labor Working Group on our support for the Strike Ready Campaign, our Abolition Working Group on the recent Prison Letter Writing campaign, and the newly relaunched Political Education Working Group! Additionally, we'll have a presentation on the No Appetite for Apartheid campaign to build support for Palestinian justice! I hope to see y'all there!

General meetings are open to non-members, though participation in certain activities like elections and votes is reserved for Houston DSA members only (click here to become a member)!

We work to make our meetings as accessible as possible to everyone.
