Dear John,
As just one person, I know it can be hard sometimes to keep fighting, especially when it seems progress can’t come fast enough.
But working with The Sentencing Project – and our 200+ partners – I see examples of change in action every day.
That’s the basis of The Sentencing Project’s Racial Justice Fund: to give vital support to our local grassroots partners whose vibrant efforts move the needle toward a more just system.
Transformative change takes time and commitment, and with your support, we can sustain the movement for the long haul. Will you please take this moment to move the needle a little bit more with a monthly gift today? [[link removed]]
Three years ago, many of you were outraged, jolted, and stirred to action as you watched video of a white police officer kneeling on George Floyd's neck for nearly ten minutes, until he took his last breath. Sadly, it underscored what we’ve always known.
