The 2023 New Jersey Democratic State Conference will be holding its Welcome
Reception 7-9 PM on Thursday, June 8th at the Hard Rock Hotel in Atlantic
City. The NJDSC has invited Atlantic County Democrats to attend free of
charge. To attend, you must claim your ticket here.

There was a question about how to hold a Meet and Greet. I have written
the instructions for you below in case my instructions were not clear at
the time.

Host a meet- and – greet.

1. Invite the candidate.

2. Pick a location – Private homes are the most frequent sites for
meet- and – greets.

3. Prepare your invitation list – Invite friends, neighbors,
colleagues, clergy, dentist, family physician, lawyer, school board
members, there is no limit to the possibilities. Invite people who would
be receptive to intelligent conversation of issues and concerns for those
of us in CD2.

4. Refreshments – This is up to you. Keep it simple

5. Set a date, finalize your guest list and send invitations for ask
us to create a flyer for you.

6. Create an agenda to have control of the evening. If you are hosting
from 10-12am you agenda might look like this:

10:00-10:30 Meet and greet

11:00-11:15 Candiadate intro and remarks

11:15 – 11:45 Q&A

11:45 – 12:00 Time to wrap it up
