Hey John,

It's finally here! Tomorrow (Feb. 11th) is Oregon’s Climate Emergency Rally! This is our big day to show lawmakers that Oregonians overwhelmingly support a bold solution to the climate crisis. We'll be rallying for the health of our communities, for the climate, and for Oregon's future.

Frequently Asked Questions
  • Q: Will you have signs, or should I make my own?
    • A: We will have signs available at the rally, but feel free to make your own as well!
  • Q: What should I wear?
    • A: We recommend wearing an OLCV or Renew Oregon t-shirt from a past Clean Energy Jobs Lobby Day. If you don’t have one, please wear teal, yellow or white! You could also wear a Clean Energy Jobs button if you have one, and we'll be handing out a limited supply of Clean Energy Jobs stickers during the rally. It's also a good idea to dress warmly, since we'll be outside for a large part of the day.
Things to Remember

We recommend that you bring a reusable water bottle to the event. Also, please make sure to bring snacks or food to keep you nourished throughout the day.

Help Us Spread the Word!

We encourage you to invite your friends and family to the rally! You can spread the word by sharing the Facebook event page or the RSVP page link.

Please let us know you have any questions. With the support of activists like you, tomorrow will be a day to remember. We hope to see you on the Capitol steps tomorrow at noon!

Best,
Tanya Zarling

Staying in touch via the Oregon League of Conservation Voters’ email list is the best way we have of keeping in regular contact with supporters like you and letting you know about the ways you can take action to protect the environment. You can unsubscribe from our supporter list, but if you leave, it will be harder for you to stay involved with OLCV and continue the work that you’ve been such a critical part of. OLCV wins environmental policy fights and elections because of dedicated activists like you, and we’d hate to see you go.
