We write you today with heavy hearts.
Friday night, Tana Corporon, the wife of Colorado’s Republican National Committeeman, Randy Corporon, was airlifted to Swedish Hospital for emergency brain surgery.
Last week, Tana underwent a procedure to remove 3 aneurysms in her brain that went according to plan with no complications.
Unfortunately, over a week later, and after making what appeared to be a successful recovery, she suffered a catastrophic brain bleed. Tragically, following surgery, the damage was too severe and Tana passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family around 5:45 am Saturday morning.
All of us here at the Colorado GOP ask that you join us in praying for Randy, and his family during this time of immense heartbreak and loss.
We will provide updates on funeral and memorial service arrangements as we get them and we appreciate the continued love and support that you all have shown for him and the entire family during this difficult time.
Randy and his family have asked that you respect their privacy as they sort through what will happen next. They want you to know that your prayers, love, and support are felt and deeply appreciated.
A meal train has been started for Noah Toro and Anna Toro, Tana’s son, and his wife as they are expecting a new baby any day. You can support them in this effort here: https://www.mealtrain.com/trains/8v65v2
We all know how much Tana and Randy loved each other. Being married for 23 years is a huge blessing for any couple and they, indeed, showed us all what true love is and how to live a life full of love and devotion to one another.
Tana is survived by her loving husband Randy, son Noah and daughter Alex as well as her grandchildren. Please keep all of them in your prayers, and ask for God’s strength and love to hold them in this time of sorrow.
Please feel free to share messages of support and love with Randy on his social media accounts which are listed below:
