Trump's calling me out...again.

This morning the President tweeted about me, saying that Rep. Nadler would lose to his "primary opponent" (i.e. ME).

This is the second time this President has referenced my candidacy. The first time was in the notorious six-page letter he sent to House Dems before his impeachment. In both cases, he is attempting to sow discord within the Democratic party while refusing to credit our groundbreaking campaign with my name. But his strategy to distract from the issues facing our district won’t work. We will win.

When we win, it will be because we’ll finally face the glaring, urgent issues that have gone ignored for decades due to failed leadership in our community. We’ll have knocked on every door, listened to the concerns of every voter, and shared a collective, powerful vision for the future.

We will win because of my experience as a government official, a career public servant, a woman and a mother who cares about the world we live in now, and the world I am leaving for my daughter.
