This summer is when our campaign kicks into high gear.

The end of June marks our FIRST official filing deadline of the year — the first time we’ll have to submit a report of our campaign’s finances. So my plan is to make this our biggest month of fundraising yet.

Will you rush in a donation of any size to give us a head start on our June fundraising goal?

John, you know that fundraising isn’t the most important part of this campaign to any of us (especially Josh), but it is a metric that pundits and pollsters use to judge our strength. This report is a chance to prove to everyone that we have the financial power to DEFEAT the GOP and their big money war chest.

Just like last month, Josh will spend a lot of his time in June traveling around the state connecting with voters, and getting to know the needs of their communities, so I need to keep a handle on our fundraising without it landing on Josh’s plate.
