It just goes to show everything that’s broken in Washington.

We have a terrible system of campaign finance that has allowed the rich and powerful to buy off our elections ever since the Supreme Court’s 2010 decision in Citizens United v. FEC.

I’m not accepting corporate PAC money in this race, but if we’re going to reach every voter in California and compete with McCarthy and the MAGA Republican Party’s millions, then I’m going to need your help right now:
