The National Popular Vote bill was debated in the Virginia House of Delegates on Monday, and passed its 2nd reading by voice vote. The bill must now pass 3rd reading on Tuesday.
The National Popular Vote bill would guarantee the Presidency to the candidate who receives the most popular votes in all 50 states and the District of Columbia.
The bill would make every vote in every state equal throughout the United States, and make every vote politically relevant in every election.
