1 - The monthly IRC-REC meeting is now on

the FIRST Wednesday of the month.

This change was made to facilitate better

attendance at the Sebastian City Council

meetings; 2nd & 4th Wednesdays

2 - The monthly IRC-REC meetings are now

scheduled to BEGIN at 6pm.
