Friend, if there’s one thing you should know about me, it’s this: 

I’ve dedicated my life to fighting for the Dignity of Work – the belief that hard work should pay off for everyone, no matter who you are or what kind of work you do. For me, this means going to bat for working families in Ohio and across the country. It means making sure your voice is heard in the halls of Congress and on the Senate floor. 

I’m proud of the progress we’ve made in the last couple of years, including passing a historic infrastructure bill and standing up for workers’ rights. But we’ve still got a long way to go, so as we chart out our next steps, I’m asking folks like you to weigh in.

I’ve always said the best ideas don’t come from Washington – they come from the people we serve. In an ideal world, I’d get to sit down and chat with each and every member of this grassroots team to find out which issues are keeping you up at night, what makes you hopeful about our future, and what you want to see Democrats accomplish next. But since I can only be in one place at a time, our 2023 Priorities Survey is the next best thing:
