Hi John – I’m Evelyn, the newest member of Team Harder!

Last cycle I was a field organizer for Katie Porter where I oversaw AAPI outreach, and I’m thrilled to now be on board as a fundraising associate for Josh. I got into this work because I’m passionate about grassroots organizing and empowering marginalized communities to have a voice in politics.

I couldn’t be more excited to be on Josh’s team - I want to make a difference for our country, and there’s no better way to do that than to help Josh keep this seat blue!

But as soon as I joined the team, national Republicans spent a whopping five figures on attack ads against Josh. You probably know this, but outside money is a huge threat in this toss-up seat. We need to match the Republicans dollar-for-dollar in this race, and that’s where you can play a huge role.

So, I’m hoping you can help me start strong by raising $1,000 from this email alone. Can I count on you to chip in and show Josh that we mean business before my first end-of-quarter deadline?

I get to be on the road with Josh a lot, and I genuinely am so impressed by the heart and energy he brings to our community. He truly cares about us. I love his plans for fighting climate change and making healthcare affordable. But the future we want depends on us winning this race and taking back the House next year!
