After a much needed weekend home in Louisiana, I've had time to reflect on what an OUTSTANDING week we had at the Capitol.
This is the first time since the Democrats took control of the House that I'm returning to D.C. feeling like America WON!
Last Tuesday, President Trump delivered his State of the Union Address, detailing "The Great American Comeback Story" we've achieved DESPITE the Democrats' obstruction.
And on Wednesday, the U.S. Senate voted to ACQUIT President Trump on the Pelosi Democrats' fraudulent impeachment charges!
I'm proud to stand with the President, and it was my honor and privilege to serve on his Impeachment Defense Team. We made it clear that this was nothing more than a desperate partisan witch hunt... and we DEFEATED it.
Let's keep this train rolling, Friend. It's time to gear up to hand Pelosi and her Socialist pals ANOTHER big defeat this fall.
Just imagine what we'll be able to get done with Republican control of Congress!
We CAN make it happen. With every conservative on board, I know we can END the "endless" Democrat investigations and impeachment quests and build an even stronger and more prosperous America.
