302s are official forms used by FBI agents to record what a witness says during an interview.
Sadly, the FBI do NOT video witness interviews, so the 302 is the ONLY RECORD of what a witness allegedly says. So they're vital paperwork during a criminal trial.
What the DOJ did by playing games with those forms is shocking.
There's no other way to say it:
Joe Biden's CORRUPT DOJ is willfully, knowingly destroying the rule of law and endangering the rights of the J6 clients we're fighting for in court!
The DOJ and FBI haven't changed a bit since the siege of Waco and their follow-on testimony before Congress.
In fact, they've gotten worse…and much more is at stake now than with Waco.
I fear for our 34 January 6 peaceful prisoners…and for our country.
