cycle shows Mike Gallagher — a potential GOP candidate —  just one point
behind me in the race for the U.S. Senate. 

Gallagher is an anti-choice extremist with a track record of supporting
dangerous anti-abortion policies during his time in Congress. He’s a
top-tier candidate for Mitch McConnell and Senate Republicans, but he
could not be further apart from what Wisconsinites want in their senator. 

The truth is, this is not the first time political pundits have shared how
challenging our race will be — CNN and the Hill have already named
