TDI adopts updates to inland marine rules

The Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) adopts amendments to the inland marine insurance rules. The changes:

* Conform the rules to Senate Bill 1367 [ [link removed] ], passed in 2021, and House Bill 2587 [ [link removed] ], passed in 2019;
* Update and add statutory references; and
* Make style improvements.

The changes primarily reflect that insurers do not need to file policy forms or rates for commercial inland marine classes. The changes also add travel insurance as a filed class of inland marine, as described in Insurance Code Chapter 3504.
