*Governor Parson Announces Three Judicial Appointments?*

*(JEFFERSON CITY, MO)* ??Today, Governor Mike Parson announced one judicial appointment to the 22nd Judicial Circuit and two appointments to the 31st Judicial Circuit.

The *Honorable Lynne R. Perkins*, of St. Louis, was appointed as *Circuit Judge *for the *22nd Judicial Circuit*.

Judge Perkins currently serves as an associate circuit judge in the City of St. Louis. He holds Bachelors of Science in business administration and legal studies from Wesley College and a Juris Doctor from Washington University in St. Louis. He will fill the vacancy created by the retirement of the Honorable Michael K. Mullen.

The *Honorable Kaiti Greenwade*, of Willard, will be appointed as* Circuit Judge* for the* 31st Judicial Circuit*.

Judge Greenwade currently serves as an associate circuit judge in Greene County. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in history from Missouri State University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa. She will fill the vacancy created by the retirement of the Honorable David C. Jones.

*Kirsten E. Poppen*, of Springfield, was appointed as* Associate Circuit Judge* for the* 31st Judicial Circuit*.

Ms. Poppen is currently an attorney at Neale & Newman, L.L.P. She holds a Bachelor of Science in life sciences from Kansas State University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas. She will fill the vacancy created by the retirement of the Honorable Mark A. Powell.
