we are full steam ahead preparing for our day before the U.S. Supreme
Court where we're challenging a deceptive Louisiana clinic shutdown
law. Let us be clear: this is just one of hundreds of extreme laws by
anti-abortion politicians and special interest groups aimed at
eliminating access to abortion care across the United States. The
stakes in this case are enormous.

We have never faced a greater threat to the future of reproductive
rights than right now.









This battle is just beginning, and we need all hands on deck in

Last month, we marked the 47th anniversary of Roe v. Wade. But even
while Roe remains the law of the land, access to abortion care has
never been more precarious. We must fight with every ounce of our
energy to ensure that our reproductive rights remain protected.

groundwork in courtrooms throughout the country, strengthening our
team of passionate lawyers, and establishing crucial legal precedents
