I've been working with Joe since 2012, and I've never seen anything like what I saw yesterday.

(there were so many people it was difficult to fit everyone into one panoramic photo!!)
Over 400 supporters packed the Carpenters Union Hall in Boston for our first Kennedy Regional Organizing Convention. And holy smokes, it was amazing.
I'm an organizer - through and through, I have been my entire life - and I was just blown away. The energy as Joe spoke, the friends who introduced him, the break out training sessions, the hugs, the handshakes, the conversations - wow. We have something building here and I'm just so excited!
Lots of campaigns send out press releases and emails and tweets about being "grassroots" but honestly, what I saw yesterday, that was the real deal.
400 friends gathered together, dozens via video chat, and the greatest field organizing staff in the world - all in one place. It was special.
Not to mention, we made thousands of phone calls to close out the exciting day of training sessions. Pretty cool.
We're so proud of what we are building. It's electric. And it's possible because of the supporters in that room, and supporters like you, it's possible.
We've got momentum and can't wait to keep building until our primary on September first and beyond. Talk soon - Go, Joe!
