Imagine a world with a crumbling food system. One where some of your favorite fresh fruits and vegetables are extremely expensive or virtually impossible to find. Where you never see wild bees in your backyard garden. We are getting far too close to this reality. And despite the risks to pollinators, companies like Bayer-Monsanto continue their RECKLESS production of massive amounts of BEE-TOXIC pesticides. But with your immediate gift of $27 or more to Friends of the Earth, you can help save bees, our food system, and our planet and help us reach our $4,700 goal before it’s too late!
One in three bites of the food we eat is at stake. Vulnerable ecosystems are at stake. The health of our families and communities is at stake. Yet Big Ag corporations like Bayer-Monsanto continue to disregard these facts. Instead, they continue to profit from toxic pesticides linked to the decline of wild bees and other pollinators on the brink of extinction.
Friend, your gift of $27 or more now could help turn around the “insect apocalypse.” We can’t wait a moment longer when our bees are dying -- and scientists are warning of a potential “catastrophic collapse of nature’s ecosystems.”
We have no time left to lose to save our bees and protect our planet. Donate $27 to Friends of the Earth today!

In the last two decades, western bumblebee populations have declined by 93% -- and within just one human generation, the odds for bumblebee survival have dropped by a third. U.S. beekeepers lost a staggering 45.5% of their managed honeybee colonies from April 2020 to April 2021 -- among the highest losses ever recorded. Every day, bees are dying at devastating rates while working to pollinate $50 billion worth of crops in the U.S.
But the threats to bees are present at every turn. When exposed to toxic neonics like those Bayer-Monsanto sells, bees’ ability to forage, navigate, and reproduce is severely affected. These toxic pesticides can also kill bees directly.
Big Ag’s continued production of toxic pesticides threatens not only bees but our health as well. Many commonly used pesticides have been linked to cancer, reproductive harm, and learning disabilities, yet they continue to be sold and used on millions of acres across the U.S.
We can shift the market to bee and people-safe alternatives by putting pressure on key companies. We are demanding that garden retailers like Home Depot and Lowe’s stop selling toxic pesticides and that grocers like Kroger stop selling food produced with bee-killing pesticides. Friends of the Earth is also working with legislators at the state and national levels to ban bee-killing pesticides -- a bold but necessary step towards a healthy future for bees, people, and the planet.
Help hold corporations accountable for harming bees, our health, and our planet with toxic pesticides. Donate $27 today and help us reach our $4,700 goal before midnight TONIGHT.

Big Ag corporations like Bayer-Monsanto have fought our efforts to save bees and other pollinators from their toxic products at every turn. We are not giving up -- not by a long shot -- and we are only able to continue our fight because we know you and other members are with us. But if we are going to get bee-killing pesticides out of our food system, we need your donation today.
With over 700 North American bee species currently at risk, wild bees are becoming a rarer sight every day. Bees are showing us that the massive use of toxic pesticides in our food system is not sustainable for our future, and we are working to amplify this message and fight against corporate greed.
Your membership gift today can help ensure a brighter tomorrow for bees, for all of us, and for our only Earth. We cannot rest until this threat to people, pollinators, and the planet is stopped! Will you join us, Friend?
Vulnerable bees are barely hanging on, encountering toxic pesticides at every turn. Help us fight for a sustainable future for bees and our planet by making your urgent $27 donation to Friends of the Earth.
