LMS 14 June

On behalf of everyone at Active Nottingham, we wanted to update you with some important information relating to the exciting digital changes you will see over the coming weeks as we implement our new Leisure Management System (LMS).?

We can now confirm the new LMS will go live on *Wednesday 14 June 2023*.

Below are some important updates to be aware of:


* Existing Active Nottingham users will be required to re-register with the new system in order to utilise the Active Nottingham app and online services - details surrounding this will be communicated closer to the launch date
* The Active Nottingham app and online service will be unavailable from Tuesday 13 June to 12 noon on Wednesday 14 June so we can make the necessary changes to our systems ready for transition. If you need to manage your activities, please do so before the 13 June. Alternatively, contact the Customer Service Team here [ [link removed] ] or speak to your local Active Nottingham leisure centre team
* Our priority is to ensure this doesn?t impact your experience with us. Our team regularly updates our website [ [link removed] ]?FAQ page with up-to-date information, so please take the time to familiarise yourself with the changes.
* We are also updating the Nottingham Swim School HomePortal, which will complement our new system. More information can be located here [ [link removed] ]

As with all new systems, we hope this migration runs smoothly but we ask you to bear with us should we experience any technical issues.

We are working tirelessly to get this new system in place, and we hope you enjoy the new and improved customer interface.
