I'M RUNNING!
“Since my last run for Congress in 2022, I have heard from many working people in my community that they feel like they have nowhere to turn. Our friends and neighbors can’t get access to the healthcare they need, live in daily fear of eviction, and are drowning in student and medical debt while our current congressman is more concerned with going viral on the internet. “I’m here to show the 42nd District that I understand that the district is larger and more diverse than one community, and it’s time we had a representative in Congress that understood you can’t pick and choose which zip codes you want to represent. Southeast Los Angeles is my home; it’s been my family's home for over forty years. I’m ready to fight for every street and neighborhood in it.”
I'm jumping back into the fight! As a lifelong resident of CA-42, I'm excited to launch our campaign for Congress. I wanted to reach out personally because you're an important part of our team. Your support and dedication mean the world to me, and together, we're going to fight for our neighbors who have been left out of the political process. We are running an unapologetic progressive campaign focused on issues like expanding workers’ rights, canceling all student loan debt, abolishing ICE, and enacting a Green New Deal and Medicare for All. Here's the deal: our campaign is all about shaking things up, challenging the status quo, and fighting for what truly matters. But here's the thing: campaigns need resources. That's where you come in. By chipping in, no matter the amount, you'll be fueling the engine that drives our campaign. Your contribution will help us reach more voters, connect with diverse communities, and get our message out there loud and clear. Let's show the establishment what we're made of.
