Dear John,

We're going to make sure that lawmakers who have ignored their own voters
in favor of the gun lobby hear us loud and clear.

We plan to spend $1.25 million on digital ads in five key states in the
coming weeks to put these lawmakers on notice and send them a clear
message: They can either listen to their constituents and take meaningful
action on gun safety this year or ignore voters and follow the gun lobby.

It's time for lawmakers to stop doing the bidding of the NRA. They must
work for the overwhelming majority of Americans calling for common-sense
gun safety legislation. [ [link removed] ]Help us run this hard-hitting ad campaign and
fight to end gun violence year round with a generous donation to Everytown
and our volunteer grassroots network Moms Demand Action.

[ [link removed] ]We're Putting Lawmakers on Notice. Pass effective gun safety laws now.

Please hurry, we want to run these powerful digital ads as soon as
possible to have the maximum impact in Arizona, Iowa, Minnesota, North
Carolina, and Pennsylvania.

And John, this is just the start of our massive, multi-faceted
grassroots organizing, legislative advocacy, and electoral plan to make
2020 our year. We made critical gains in 2018. Together we can finish the
job by enacting a true gun safety agenda in Washington, D.C. and across
the nation.

[ [link removed] ]We're only as strong as the people who support us. That’s why I am
counting on your help today.

Thank you for all you do to end gun violence in our country.

Sincerely,

Matt McTighe
