A little more than a year and a half ago, I called out Merrick Garland for treating concerned parents — including a father whose daughter was raped — like domestic terrorists.

I told him then that he should resign in disgrace — do you agree?

It’s not about me. It’s about Merrick Garland’s total failure.

He sicced the feds on parents who showed up at school board meetings.

He sent SWAT units after a pro-life activist who did nothing wrong.

He refuses to prosecute criminals protesting at Justices’ homes.

And he refuses to do anything about Rachael Rollins, the disgraced Soros prosecutor who lied under oath.


Thank God Merrick Garland is not on the Supreme Court. He should still resign in disgrace, and we should not let up when it comes to saying so.
