Every day, your donation matters
On June 6th at 5 PM, NH Gives will begin its annual fundraising event! This 24-hour online fundraising event is the state's largest day of giving, designed to connect donors to local nonprofits.

While this is a once-a-year giving event, the work we do at Families in Transition happens every single day.
Every day a person experiencing food insecurity gets a meal. A donation of $25 provides ten meals for an individual in our Adult Emergency Shelter.
Every day a new parent gets essentials for their infant. A donation of $50 provides essentials for infants and toddlers at our Family Emergency Shelter.
Every day someone is receiving substance use treatment. A donation of $100 provides two weeks of case management for an individual in our Willow Substance Use Treatment Center.
Every day a family knows their kids will have three meals. A donation of $250 provides one week of meals for a family in our Family Emergency Shelter.
Every day the food pantry is stocked for community use. A donation of $500 provides five shopping carts of groceries for our Food Pantry shoppers.
Every day a family has a safe place to call home. A donation of $1000 provides one month of rent for a family experiencing homelessness.
On June 6, starting at 5 PM, visit our NH Gives page ([link removed]) to donate to Families in Transition so families and individuals in our community continue to receive the support they need. All giving will end on June 7 at 5 PM, so make sure to get your gift in on time!
This year we aim to raise $15,000 for all areas of our program, and we need your support! If you are unable to give this year, please consider sharing this email or our social posts with your network to help us raise awareness.
