The WA Senate Dems wish the LGBTQ+ community a joyful, safe, and celebratory Pride Month!

Our work towards safety, dignity, and equality for LGBTQ+ folks is powered by our Senators who make up the LGBTQ+ Caucus – Senators Marko Liias, Jamie Pedersen, Emily Randall, and Claire Wilson.

LGBTQ+ rights are being attacked in state legislatures around the country with an unprecedented number of bills targeting transgender youth, drag artists, and more. WA Senate Dems are proud to stand alongside the LGBTQ+ community and will continue to combat harmful policies and hateful rhetoric.

From banning conversion therapy and protecting gender-affirming care to fighting discrimination and supporting queer and trans children – WA Senate Dems are working to make our shared values a reality.
