You’re Invited: What You Need to Know about Birth Control and Heart Disease
WomenHeart is hosting an online conversation about what women living with heart disease need to know about their birth control options. Deciding the type of birth control to use involves consideration of each method’s safety, effectiveness, and importantly, your preference. In some cases, women with heart disease or associated risk factors are advised against certain types of birth control, such as those containing estrogen. Others may be advised against becoming pregnant because the health risks are too high. Join this webinar to learn from experts and a WomenHeart Champion with personal experience navigating this journey. Sign up here ([link removed] for the June 14 HeartTalks webinar.
