Here’s what it might look like if this deal passes and the Mountain Valley Pipeline is completed: beautiful mountain landscapes carved away. Rivers and wetlands contaminated with shale gas. Communities poisoned with air and water pollution. 

The Mountain Valley Pipeline is just one of the many projects that this deal would fast-track. Communities across the country are already suffering from Big Oil pollution projects -- breathing in toxins from coal plants and unknowingly drinking methane-contaminated water. Black, Brown, Indigenous, and low-income neighborhoods face the worst impacts.
