Happy Pride Month! 

At NextGen, this month and every month, we’re celebrating the culture, diversity, and power that the LGBTQ+ community brings to our movement. 

But as we celebrate Pride, we also recognize that the rights of the LGBTQ+ community are under attack. Political attacks on the rights of young queer people — specifically transgender youth — are rising.

Anti-LGBTQ+ extremists at both the state and national levels are trying to erase LGBTQ+ history. We won’t let it happen. 

TAKE ACTION: Urge Congress to fight back against any anti-LGBTQ+ legislation that is introduced, and to do all in their power to strengthen LGBTQ+ rights at the legislative level.

It’s simple: Equal means equal. All means all. Young Americans believe this, and we demand a government that does, too.
