WILL Secures Major Victory in Federal Court

The News Broke Last Night... We beat President Biden’s ATF in the courtroom. WILL’s successful efforts are an essential step in taking on some of the worst, lawless acts of the Biden Administration.

The latest ruling secures a preliminary injunction on behalf of our clients just as this new edict from the Biden Administration was taking effect. If fully enacted, the ATF would be able to force law-abiding citizens to register their pistol with the Federal Government and pay a tax. If you refuse? You could face 10 years in jail and a potential $10,000 fine.

WILL is proud to represent a group of military veterans who opposed this rule on behalf of millions of everyday Americans.
