John,

I just got word that the Minnesota DFL fell short of their budget target last month. I’ll explain why it’s so important that they make up the difference in a moment, but for the sake of time, I’ll get right to it:

Will you join me in making a contribution that works for you today to help them close the gap? According to their fundraising team, they still need to raise more than $10,000 by 11:59 pm to make their budget whole, and your support right now is critical.

During my inaugural address in January, I outlined a vision to make Minnesota the best state in the country to live, work, and raise a family. I said the era of Republican gridlock in Saint Paul was over, and I meant it.

While other states were banning books, bullying the LGBTQ+ community, and making child labor easier, we codified abortion rights into state law, banned the harmful practice of conversion “therapy,” secured universal meals for our students, and enacted common-sense gun safety measures.

We passed a budget to give educators the resources they need to teach our children, rebuild our roads and critical infrastructure, give money back directly to Minnesotans who need it most, and so much more.

We accomplished so much together, and absolutely none of it would be possible without the Minnesota DFL and everything they do day in and day out to support our work – especially now that Republicans are more emboldened than ever to retake the Minnesota House and roll back all of our hard-fought progress.

The DFL is leading the statewide effort to hold the line up and down the ballot. It’s a big job, and they need our ongoing support. If you can, join me and pitch in so they can continue the critical work we’re all depending on to keep Minnesota blue.
