Hi there,
I want you to be the first to know that our biggest fundraising day of the year is back… Giving Day - this year on Thursday the 15th of June. And this year's Giving Day is extra special because we are celebrating our 10th anniversary. Geelong Mums has helped over 40,000 babies and children in the last decade, now we need your help to support many more over the next 10 years.
The top 3 reasons families are turning to us right now is due to family violence, unemployment or because they’re a single parent. Times are tough. Many families are turning to us for help because they can’t afford the basics like warm clothes and linen to keep their children warm this winter. Sometimes they’re forced to make an impossible choice between putting food on the table or buying a warm blanket to keep their child warm at night. I can’t imagine what this must feel like.
Let’s not make them choose between food and bed linen or clothing.
Your financial donation [[link removed]] this Giving Day will alleviate the financial and emotional pressure being felt, right now, by families in your community. Let’s ensure every child feels secure, safe and is able to thrive.
Because of the number of children in need of support right now, we’ve decided to open the Giving Day donation page early. All donations will be DOUBLED [[link removed]] by our generous matching partners so please, jump in now and make an early bird donation if you can.

What better way to celebrate our 10th birthday than to make a financial donation [[link removed]] that will be DOUBLED by our generous matching partners. We couldn’t think of a better birthday present. Thank you for everything you do for Geelong Mums.
Warm Regards
