John, unless you’ve been avoiding the news, you’ve probably heard about what’s been happening in states across the country.

Republican-led state legislatures are teaming up with Republican governors to pass extreme, dangerous legislation with a level of ferocity our democracy has never seen before.

Legislation that outright bans abortion, criminalizes reproductive health care providers, attacks the LGBTQ+ community, attempts to control what’s taught in our classrooms, restricts voting rights, loosens gun safety regulations, and the list goes on.

While watching Republican lawmakers across the country treat our fundamental freedoms as political game pieces, meanwhile the needs of everyday folks are being ignored, I’ve been reflecting on my own campaign and tenure so far.

You see, this time last year, our victory wasn’t certain, and we were up against Kari Lake, one of the most extreme opponents on the ballot.

While she had the full support of Trump and his MAGA base, I had this grassroots team. And thanks to folks from this grassroots team pitching in before important end-of-month deadlines like the one I’m facing today, [[link removed]] we were able to defeat chaos and bring in a new era of leadership for Arizona — one built on the value of unity, not division.

Now, because of the continued support of this team, I’m able to fight for Arizonans of all walks of life on the ninth floor, and ensure everyone gets a seat at the table as we tackle new challenges.

Just this month, we celebrated signing Arizona’s bipartisan budget, which is making historic investments in public education, our infrastructure, and expanding health insurance access for thousands of kids.

Throughout Arizona’s legislative session, when extreme Republicans would send anti-abortion bills to my desk, I vetoed them — and even broke a veto record while protecting our reproductive rights.

The point is, we made a crucial decision last November, one that has set Arizona on an upward trend, rather than a downward spiral of MAGA-fueled chaos.

And now, in a moment where state-level governing is truly impacting the daily lives of families across the entire country, I need to know I can count on your support.

So I’m humbly asking: John, will you contribute $5, $10, $25, or any amount ahead of our end-of-month deadline tonight? [[link removed]]
