I wanted to share with you this powerful note I received from one of our monthly supporters. Nettie reminded me why my heart is in this movement, and I hope her words inspire you as well.

I wanted to say thank you for the great work The Humane League is doing for animals!
 
I am especially concerned about chickens because they are the most abused and forgotten farm animals. Since billions are being abused, and sadly will be for years to come, it’s extremely important for corporations to implement policies that will reduce their suffering as much as possible. THL does this with its effective corporate campaigns.
 
I’m a monthly donor to The Humane League because of this work. It means a lot to me to be able to be a part of making a difference for chickens.
 
I want my donations to help reduce as much suffering as possible, which is why I appreciate that THL continues to get the top charity status from Animal Charity Evaluators. All in all, THL does excellent work and is an organization I feel good supporting. Keep it up!
