John, no one is buying Senator Collins' claim that Trump learned his lesson from impeachment. Just listen to CNN’s Jeffrey Toobin:
"The idea that anyone could think that this president was gonna change his behavior one iota, because of what went on in the Senate is an embarrassment."
Can anyone really believe Senator Collins' defense? Trump himself said he hasn’t learned a thing! She just needed political cover to justify her vote.
