John, we don't want to take up too much of your time, let's dive right in – here's what Delia was up to last week:
1️⃣ She led the Congressional Progressive Caucus on the House floor to stand up against the Republican-made crisis, and lay out how unacceptable it is for them to hold our economy hostage.
2️⃣ She, alongside Congresswoman Tlaib, introduced the Expanding Health Care Providers for Veterans Act to allow H1-B holders to serve veterans in VA facilities and tackle the healthcare worker shortage.
3️⃣ She voted in solidarity with student loan borrowers and in recognition of President Biden's authority to issue student debt relief.
Delia's been a hardworking champion for our communities, and our top priority is making sure she can continue to advocate for important issues like immigration reform, reproductive rights, and quality and affordable healthcare for all.
But the work is just getting started, John. Our election in 2024 is going to be much tougher than our last one was, which is why we're already starting to prepare. Our End of Month Fundraising Deadline is hours away – can we count on your support? |
