Hi John, it’s Mary Gay checking in before tonight’s deadline with a quick favor!
Before I ask, I have 3️⃣ important points to touch on, but if you are in a hurry, you can chip in to help us close our budget gap before tonight's midnight deadline.
1️⃣ Democrats must take back the House! We are capable of accomplishing a lot: making reforms to healthcare, gun violence prevention, education, and investing in our country. To continue the work and finally codify Roe, we must secure a Democratic majority.
2️⃣ Democrats must defend all of our seats! The GOP has deep pockets capable of backing anti-choice candidates throughout their campaigns. That means defending districts like mine, where you can count on me to defend reproductive freedoms.
3️⃣ Democrats will continue where we left off! During the last session, Democrats led historic bills that invested in our communities, created good-paying jobs, and lowered costs for working families, and we are far from finished.
You have seen what Democrats can do with the House majority, but instead of working across the aisle, Kevin McCarthy continues pushing extremist policies that hurt Americans.
The stakes are high and I need you with me if we are going to take back the House. Can you chip in before tonight’s deadline?
