The Republican-led U.S. House of Representatives successfully passed the Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act that
- Preserves fair competition in women's sports by holding that it is a violation of Title IX to allow biological males to participate in female sports
This means that any educational institution that receives federal funding is putting that very funding at risk if they choose to allow biological males to participate in female sports.
A movement against the Left’s radical gender agenda is gaining momentum among female athletes, parents, and state lawmakers nationwide.
In this legislative session alone, a handful of states passed legislation to safeguard children from harmful practices like puberty blockers and experimental surgeries.
