Dear Comrade,

Every two years, DSA holds a national convention to set the course for the national DSA platform. This year’s convention is rapidly approaching — we’re sending four comrades to Chicago in August to participate in direct democracy. Our comrades are volunteering their time for several busy days of politicking. If you can, please donate here to help cover their expenses, such as lodging, travel, registration, and food. Your donation will be matched with funds from the chapter up to the first $1,000 collected.

Also, we’ll want to discuss platforms and strategies as a chapter before the convention. Be on the lookout for planning meetings and discussions as we get closer to the convention.

Coming up soon, we will be at Stark Pride (June 10) and Juneteenth (June 17), and we need your help at the table. There is still time to sign up to volunteer, or just come out and say hi!
