We just passed the STRONGEST border security bill IN HISTORY to defend America's homeland.

And it couldn’t have come at a more important moment.

Title 42, one of the only policies stemming the tide of mass migration into America, JUST expired. 

Instead of remaining vigilant on the border crisis, the Biden administration is taking a victory lap – claiming border crossings are down 50%.

That’s not even close to the full picture.

On Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday – the three days leading up to Title 42’s expiration – Border Patrol encountered more than 10,000 migrants per day. Those are the highest single-day totals on record.

The Biden administration is trying to rewrite history in the wake of Title 42 ending, but here are the facts:
  • Border crossings in the 2022 fiscal year topped a record-high 2.76 million. 
  • The second-highest year on record (2021) also happened on Biden’s watch. 
  • The number of southern border apprehensions of illegal immigrants, 2.2 million, hit an all-time high last year. 

Blas Nunez-Neto, one of Biden’s top border officials, admitted Monday that “the conditions that are causing hemispheric migration at unprecedented levels have not changed."

Here’s what our border will do to address the crisis:
  • Let Customs and Border Protection hire enough Border Patrol agents to maintain a staff of 22,000 and develop a plan to upgrade existing technology to make sure agents are well-equipped.
  • Require the Homeland Security secretary to resume construction of the border wall.
  • Call for a return to policies that were working before Biden got into office, including ending most asylum protections.

We can’t let the Biden administration sweep the border crisis under the rug. America can’t let its guard down when it comes to illegal immigration. That’s why we need your help.
