Gabby Giffords here, writing to you for Mark.

Mark is my best friend, my partner, and my rock. I feel so lucky to have him by my side every day.

He’s helped me through my darkest moments and he always fights for what is right.

At war, he flew in combat, and at peace he joined NASA and commanded the space shuttle twice.

Mark never planned to be a Senator, but he knows when it’s time to serve. He’s served his family, our country, and now the great state of Arizona.

He’s been working hard in the Senate, and I know how important it is that he hits his goals. That’s how he supports that work — whether it’s building the infrastructure Democrats need to win again in 2024, or traveling around the country to support his friends and colleagues.

How much he’s able to do depends on hitting those goals, and we’ve got some work to do to get there this month.

So, we need a strong showing today to catch up to where we need to be. Please:
