We're only TWO WEEKS from trial in Montana!
On June 12th, 16 young Montanans and their attorneys from Our Children’s Trust, the Western Environmental Law Center, and McGarvey Law will enter the First Judicial District Court in Helena to begin arguments in this FIRST EVER constitutional climate trial in the U.S.

The Evidence is Clear
The climate crisis in Montana is accelerating: increased flooding, less snowpack, extreme weather events, rising temperatures and heat waves, droughts, and more frequent and longer lasting wildfires that pollute the air Montana’s children breathe.
These devastating impacts harm the youth both physically and psychologically, cause economic hardship for their families, and prevent them from participating in family and cultural activities like hunting, fishing, and the traditional practices of Indigenous youth.
The 16 youth plaintiffs in this case are taking this evidence to the courts, alongside a world class team of experts, to protect their constitutional rights and end the harms caused by actions of their own government. Make plans today to watch their trial LIVE and be a part of democracy in action!
