We have BREAKING news out of Ohio: State extremists just made their next move to try and get their disastrous 60% supermajority ballot measure passed this August.

Team,

We have BREAKING news out of Ohio: State extremists just made their next move to try and get their disastrous 60% supermajority ballot measure passed this August. And keeping pace with their undemocratic work so far, the ballot language they’ve proposed is intentionally phrased to mislead voters (!!)

We can’t allow this to stand. Our Ballot Measure Rescue Campaign is at the ready to fight back against this attack. Will you rush a donation to help power our work to protect the ballot measure process in Ohio and across the country!?

If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation to the Fairness Project will go through immediately:
$15 $25
$50 $100
$250 Other

Their intent is purposeful — they are doing everything they can to make this ballot measure seem like an act of voter protection when we both know, team, this is really a blatant act of voter suppression.

Our team is ready to fight back against this attack. Please rush a donation to power the work of our Ballot Measure Rescue Campaign before tomorrow’s May deadline to help us continue our fight to protect the power of voters. >>

Thank you,
