Sara reached out to you last week about our $2,500 end-of-May fundraising deadline, and while we’ve made some great progress (thank you!!), we’re not there yet — and the clock is ticking to hit this important goal.

November 2024 may seem like it’s far away, but the reality is that many campaigns are essentially won or lost well before Election Day — meaning that if a candidate doesn’t have the resources to talk to voters, persuade them and turn them out to the polls, it can be nearly impossible to secure a victory once the other side starts spending money.
And the other side will start spending money — that much Democrats can count on!
In Sara’s case, the “other side” is an extreme, anti-science Republican who thinks climate change is a hoax, opposes abortion in all circumstances, and wants to ban same-sex marriage.
So we can’t risk giving him the upper hand even for a moment.
