With the end of Title 42, the chaos at our border has only worsened. We’re seeing a surge of illegal immigrants while the Biden Administration pretends there isn’t a crisis.

But Heritage Action is leading the fight to end Biden’s border crisis.

FIRST, as part of their Commitment to America, House Republicans, with the support of Heritage Action, helped advance two comprehensive border security bills through committee.

THEN, the bills were combined into the Secure the Border Act of 2023 and passed by House Republicans, an important first victory for border security. See this vote on our scorecard.

NOW, Heritage Action is putting pressure on the Senate to take up the Secure the Border Act by directing grassroots conservatives to push them to support it.

Fellow conservative, here’s the situation: the passage of the Secure the Border Act was a critical first step to securing our nation’s border—We’ve proven that there are 219 Republicans in the House who are willing to pass this bill and send it to any future president who will sign it into law.

Now it is time to build support in the Senate. Democrat Leader Chuck Schumer doesn’t want to bring it to a vote—he’s pro-amnesty and pro-open-borders. Nonetheless, we can apply political pressure and build political support for this bill.

We’re doing everything on our end to get this across the finish line—and part of that means bringing this issue to the voters. Because in 2024, voters will get to weigh in, and this bill is a key issue they will be voting on.
