Every grassroots contribution adds up in a big way.
On this Memorial Day and every day, we owe our fallen military, our veterans, and their families a huge debt of gratitude.
Memorial Day was first observed 159 years ago in Boalsburg, Pennsylvania to honor Union soldiers who gave their lives during the Civil War. In the years since, many more courageous soldiers have fought to keep us and our Nation safe.
Today, I hope you will join me and take a moment to remember the brave souls who gave their lives in service to our Nation in what President Abraham Lincoln described as "the last full measure of devotion."
With gratitude,
Bob Casey
